How to use
Using a cotton pad, apply BcomBIO Gentle Cleansing Milk to a dry face, eye area and neck, morning and night. Massage into skin using a circular motion to remove non-waterproof makeup and surface impurities. This soothing cleanser is so light and gentle, you may choose not to rinse.
